The Small Print

Prices
All stated prices include the VAT. Conditions are subject to change. The prices are for a minimum 3 overnight stay per day and person, including half-board and all taxes. Spa tax is not included.

Overnight stay with breakfast only
The price will be reduced by € 9.00 per Person.

Short stays
An additional 10% will be charged for 1 to 2 nights per room

Double room as single room
Of course you can also book a double room for one person. The price per person in the off season increases by € 23.00.

Spa Tax
€ 2,60 per person (17 years and older) / 1,95 € per child (13 – 16 years)

Payment Methods
You may pay in cash, in advance by money transfer or by EC-Maestrokarte

Cancellation Conditions
You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before arrival at no charge. Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival: loss of up to 80% of reservation. We recommend travel insurance.

Check-In/Out
Rooms are available from 02:00 pm (arrival day) to 11:00 am (departure day).

Children
A child up to 12 years is our guest free of charge in an additional bed in the parents room according to the booked arrangements. Otherwise we will charge € 15.00 - € 30.00 including half-board for an additional bed. All children up to 18 years of age will receive a 10% discount if booked in the parents' room.

Dogs
We also welcome your dog. Please note that your dog has to be on a leash within the hotel grounds and can't be taken into the Hahnenkopfstube nor the wellness area. We will charge € 6.00 per day without board.
